What we accept, how to send it, and what happens after you do.
What we accept
Finished books, told well.
- Finished manuscripts in English, Hindi or Hindi-English.
- Fiction, poetry, short stories, memoir, non-fiction and educational guides.
- Up to 70,000 words for our packages. Longer books get a custom quote.
What we do not accept
- Periodicals or journals. These use an ISSN, not an ISBN.
- Work that copies others, defames real people, or uses someone else's text or images without permission.
- Unfinished drafts. We are glad to talk, but the timeline starts with a complete manuscript.
How to submit
Five things in one email.
Write to [email protected] with:
- Your manuscript as a Word file (.docx) or a Google Doc link. Unicode fonts for Hindi, please.
- The title, language and word count.
- A one-paragraph summary.
- A short note about you, and a phone number.
- Any images or tables for the book, in a separate folder.

What happens next
A reply, every time.
- We reply to every submission, usually within 7 working days.
- If we can help, we suggest a package and send a sample agreement and an invoice. No payment before both are signed.
- If we cannot help, we say so plainly.
FAQ
Straight answers.
Do I pay for the ISBN?
No. The ISBN is issued free by the Raja Rammohun Roy National Agency for ISBN, and we never sell or price it. We charge only for editing, design, printing and listing. Print and ebook each get their own ISBN.
Who owns my book?
You do. Copyright stays with you. Our agreement gives us a limited licence to publish, with a stated term and territory.
Do I need a finished manuscript?
Yes, for the timeline to start. We are happy to talk earlier, but dates are counted from a complete final manuscript.
When does the clock start?
When we hold the signed agreement, the first payment and the complete final manuscript. You get 5 working days for each review round, and any delay on your side pauses the clock.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or UPI to PAMF Digimedia Private Limited, against an invoice. We take no money before the agreement and invoice exist, and we never ask for full payment up front. Starter is paid 50% on signing and 50% when you approve the final proof. Standard and Premium are paid 40% on signing, 30% when the edited manuscript and cover concepts reach you, and 30% when you approve the final proof.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases written into the agreement: a full refund within 7 days of signing if work has not started, and a refund of undelivered stages if we miss our date by more than 30 days. We answer every refund request within 5 working days and pay an approved refund within 14 days.
Do you publish in Hindi?
Yes. Add the Hindi Pack to any package for a native Hindi editor, Devanagari typesetting and Hindi cover type. It is free in Premium. Please send Hindi text in a Unicode font, not Kruti Dev.
How do royalties work?
You keep 100% of the net profit on Standard and Premium, and 90% on Starter. Net profit is the list price minus the retailer or platform cut, the print cost and taxes. Statements come to you in writing.
Do you guarantee sales?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We promise a well-made book, honest work and the listings in your package.
What is not included?
Developmental editing, fact-checking, permission to use other people's text or images, translation, audiobooks, bulk printing for events, and any guarantee of sales or reviews.
Is there a founding-author offer?
Yes. The first 20 authors who sign get 10% off the package price. It cannot be combined with the free Hindi Pack in Premium.
