Do I pay for the ISBN?
No. It is issued free by the Raja Rammohun Roy National Agency for ISBN. We charge only for editing, design, printing and listing.
Who owns my book?
You do. Our agreement gives us a limited licence to publish, with a stated term and territory.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in clear cases written into the agreement: a full refund within 7 days of signing before work starts, and refunds of undelivered stages if we miss our date by more than 30 days. We answer every refund request within 5 working days and pay an approved refund within 14 days.
Do you publish in Hindi?
Yes. Add the Hindi Pack to any package.
Do you guarantee sales?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We promise a well-made book and honest work.
How do royalties work?
You keep 100% of the net profit on Standard and Premium, and 90% on Starter. Net profit is the list price minus the retailer or platform cut, the print cost and taxes. Regular statements, in writing.
